Doing now

• Finished teaching my data visualization course recently. Very happy that students enjoyed the class.
• Working on reveral paper revisions.
• Our baby has been sick for two weeks this month, it was hard.

Tools and Productivity

• Using Claude Code almost every day.
  • Not just for coding. Even just organizing my notes is worth doing.
  • But writing R code is fun, so I keep doing it and I automate some parts (within Positron).

Reading

• Finshed The Appeal in 2 and 1/4 days.
• Listening to several non-fiction books.
• Also listening to some older BBC recordings of Poirot.

Still thinking about

How can we do right by our students when they have unlimited access to AI assistants?
